What’s Inside the Soul Gardening Map

You don’t need another journal, retreat, or affirmation.

You need something that meets you in the real mess of over giving, emotional burnout, and spiritual confusion.

This is a DIY guide that gives you your time, peace, and self-trust back — one gentle step at a time.

Inside, you'll receive:

🌱 A clear framework to spot your emotional patterns (no more confusion about why you're triggered).

🧠 Mind-body practices to reset your nervous system (without needing 90 minutes of silence).

💬 Journal cues that help you talk to your heart again (instead of scrolling to numb out).

❤️ Breathwork and embodiment rituals to reconnect to your inner wisdom (you won’t need incense or silence to feel a shift).

🎯 A path that helps you stop over giving and start living from overflow.

This isn’t a spiritual Band-Aid. It’s the beginning of your return to wholeness.

Meet Your Soul Gardener

I’m LaShawn D. Woods — and I know the spiral because I lived it.

At 21, I was a young mother, spiraling in trauma loops that therapy and affirmations couldn’t touch.

I went deeper.

From recovery rooms to ritual circles, from Christianity to Kemetic science to womb wisdom — I was searching.

Then came the game changer: somatic healing.

Breathwork. Polyvagal theory. Nervous system mapping.
That’s when I stopped trying to fix my soul — and started tending to it.

I created the Soul Gardening Framework™ out of lived survival, sacred study, and embodied remembrance.

It’s not theory.
It’s the process I used to transform my life, my voice, my motherhood — and now the women I serve.

You’re not here to constantly manage your pain.
You’re here to come back into coherence.

Let’s begin.
